Miles of non-groomed trails and open land fields and woods at Eden Valley Guest Ranch in the Okanogan Highlands of Washington are open for guests (and their dogs) to cross country ski. The Highland Sno-park about six miles south of Eden Valley Guest Ranch has about 35-K groomed Cross Country Trails. The trails have ski tracks and dogs are not allowed. These trails see few skiers compared to most places.
Sitzmark Rentals also has cross country skiing equipment.
Skiers may also be rewarded with winter wildlife sightings including owls.
