We will work with your coordinator to price selections specific to your group.  We have a range of prices and can meet per diam requirements for government employee groups.

Catering prices include paper products like plates, napkins and tableware as well as clean up, garbage and condiments.

The meal prices also cover things like items requested by guests, spills as well as bathroom services, policing the grounds, and more.  Special requests and special diet menus must be requested in advance.   Portion sizes are average restaurant portions.  To have your guests go through buffets more than once we will super-size for an extra 25% in price.  Multiply price by 1.25 to obtain super-sized cost.

Add Washington State tax of 7.7% to all prices.  A service charge of 15% may apply.  We require an estimated head count seven days in advance and a guaranteed count 48 hours in advance of the meal.  The head counts allow us to order fresh supplies.
