Rates & Policies
Nightly Rates — At Eden Valley Guest Ranch, we make every effort to maximize customer value. Our nightly rates reflect this philosophy and vary with the length of your stay:
One Night — $110.00.
Two Nights — $99.00 per night.
Three or More Nights — $95.00 per night.
Prepay and save! Guests who prepay are eligible for special discounts (see Packages & Specials).

Bereavement Rate — Available for Local Funerals, please Call.
Occupancy of one or two adults (16 and over) and up to two children (15 or under) per cabin with one vehicle applies to all rates. Extra adults are $10.00 each per night. Extra children $5.00 each per night.
Reservations are suggested, walk-ins are welcome while space is available.
Deposits of 50% are required at the time of reservation to guarantee lodging or services. Refunds, less a 15% administration fee, will be granted up to 30 days before scheduled arrival for cancellations. Deposits for cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will not be refunded, however may be applied to a future visit within one year.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the cabins. Chairs and ash cans are provided outside for guests who smoke.
Cabins must be left in clean condition. All dishes, cookware and kitchen utensiles must be washed.
Dogs — Trained dogs are allowed in a few cabins for $5.00 per night. Pets must not be: 1) allowed on furniture, 2) left unattended, 3) allowed to disturb other guests. Owner must police the area and clean up remains or a $25.00 charge will be assessed.
Horses — Guests may bring horses at no charge. Space is available for for guests to errect portable fencing. Corrals are available for $10.00 per night. Bring feed and water buckets. Clean up remains to compost pile or a $25.00 charge will be assessed.
Trail Rides — Guided trail rides are available for individuals and small groups, ages 6 and older. The rate is $40.00 per hour per person. Registered guests are eligible for special discounts (see Packages & Specials). Reservations are required.
Off Road Vehicles are allowed on some established roadways and certain trails. Conditions may require the closure of, or restrictions on some or all roadways/trails.
